VALT offers a warranty against manufacturing defects for products purchased from our website (www.thisisvalt.com) for a period of 6 months from date of purchase. VALT will offer a repair (where possible) or replacement for eligible products. If an identical replacement is not available, we will offer a replacement product of equivalent value.

VALT does not accept warranty against defects if products are:

• Not purchased through our website (www.thisisvalt.com)
• Used against our care instructions or damaged by accident or misuse. Please refer to the care instructions listed on our website.
• Damaged as a result of normal wear and tear.
• Tarnished due to wear and tear. All metals (yes, even gold), will tarnish over time which will be sped up when in contact with, and not limited to, chemicals such as sweat, chlorine, salty air, body lotions, soap, perfume, and hair spray.
• Repaired or modified by another jeweller other than VALT.
