We are proud to manufacture our jewellery locally here in sunny Singapore where all our pieces are hand finished and personally inspected before leaving us into your care.

Your precious VALT jewellery will be delivered in our signature packaging. We have given much thought to create a premium experience every time you take your pieces out from their resting place.

While diamonds may be indestructible (nearly), they can still be scratched by other diamonds; we recommend you to store your jewellery in the original packaging when not worn so as to not have your precious jewellery come in contact with other jewellery or surfaces.

18K gold on the other hand is quite soft and prone to scratches, dents, and bends. Do take due care to minimise contact with your surroundings or any hard impacts like dropping. Ultimately, VALT jewellery is meant to be worn so do not feel the need to be overly careful to the extent that it does not spark joy; wear your VALT jewellery proudly with its battle scars.

While diamonds do not lose their shine and brilliance over time due to structural changes, it can be covered with oil and dirt that accumulates over time, making it appear dull and lifeless. It is recommended to clean your precious pieces regularly to keep them bright and sparkly, and to prevent build up of grime which can be hard to remove yourself at home. Our ring sizes are true to US sizing, and lengths are true to CM (centimetres). Please find the various measurement conversions in this link; while the conversions might not be exact conversions to the true sizes we use, they will be very close. Please reach out to us if you have any questions or need help figuring out your size.

We provide warranty against manufacturing defects.

Items purchased can be returned in exchange for store credit.
